Sculpting
The first step in mannequin making. Skilled artisans shape the figure’s form and pose with precision, refining every detail to ensure perfect proportions and smooth lines.

Moulding
The prototype is used to create the mould. Precision in mould-making determines the final shape and surface quality.

Lamination
Layers of fiberglass and resin are applied to form the mannequin’s shell. This process ensures structural strength and long-term durability.

Sanding
The shell is sanded to remove rough edges and seams, creating a smooth surface. This step requires patience and precision.
Base Paint
A base coat is sprayed to create a uniform surface and enhance paint adhesion for the finishing layer.
Base Paint Inspection
The base coat is carefully checked for uniform coverage and flaws, ensuring a flawless foundation for finishing.
Semi-Finished Product
The mannequin has its full form and base coat but is not yet fully finished. Adjustments can still be made at this stage.
Finishing
The final paint layer is applied, giving the mannequin its desired color, sheen, or texture to meet diverse display needs.

Quality Control
After high-temperature curing, the surface is inspected for color consistency, smoothness, and durability.

Packing
The mannequins are securely packed with shockproof and moisture-proof materials to ensure safe delivery.
